Delivery Locations

Africa foodstuffs will deliver your orders right to your doorsteps or any place of your choosing. We can deliver to anywhere within New Zealand but Australia is subject to buyers’ agreement to charges.

Delivery Options

Our delivery target is 2 days but at most
  • 3 – 4 days delivery for New Zealand locations.
  • 5 – 10 days for international deliveries

Weekend Deliveries

Orders placed on Friday will be sent on Monday as our delivery on Saturday and Sunday is not guaranteed by our delivery agent. So If you are placing orders on Friday, make sure it does not contain perishable or frozen food items.
Track your order with Tracking Number
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or text message with the tracking ID and/or URL. Your tracking ID helps you know when (within a time range) your order will get to you and you could leave a note for the driver to drop it off at your neighbour or a designated area should you not be available to receive it.
Delivery Charges
Our shipping cost complies with the best available rate in NZ which is determined by the postage address and weight. We promise to deliver on these

Not going to be at home on the day of your delivery?
You can notify your driver or the delivery company of a delivery date change using the email or text message sent when your order was dispatched. If no notice of change was received and you are not at home for your delivery, your order will be sent to a local center or back to the depot.
Frozen Food
Our sellers will make sure all frozen food boxes are packaged using special food grade insulation and cooling agents in order to keep them nice and fresh, make sure you get them into your fridge/freezer on the evening of your delivery.
Delivery Instruction
You can leave short and simple delivery instructions via the tracking link, for example, “Leave by the front door” “To be left by the side gate”, or “entry code is xxxx”. Leaving phone numbers may not be effective as drivers might not call.
If your house uses an entry system, the driver will need to know that, so put that on delivery instructions.
Damaged Order
African Foodstuff will make sure we send fresh and unspoiled goods to you. We will make sure you receive your goods in the best of condition and quality when it reaches you and this is why our delivery services are top-notch. If by any means the goods you received are damaged through transit, your statutory rights apply. You will need to get in touch through email on foodstuffsafrican5@gmail.com and send us a picture of the damage; we will be in touch.
