Nigerian pepper sauce is a flavorful, spicy staple that pairs perfectly with smoked, fried, or grilled fish. The sauce is made with a rich blend of  green bell peppers, onions, and  green scotch bonnets (habanero peppers), then simmered with seasoned fish until thickened with boiled eggs. You could pair it with any carbs of choice but mostly eaten with brown rice.
